GDC/RE takes a team approach to everything we do. We offer our clients the perspective garnered from over two decades of retail real estate experience.
Our team members have represented landlords and retailers throughout the Western United States; worked with developers on numerous retail projects from the ground-up; consulted for retailers, municipalities and landlords; worked for retailers both in the front and back of house. We have retail experience on the floor and from the ground up! As a result we enjoy a unique perspective when evaluating projects, deal structures, markets, positions etc.
